Refunds are not available on purchased items. Consider all items sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. Reasonable accommodations can and might be made to help you be happy with your purchase, but in the end you get what you get.

Each item is either handmade, custom designed or made using commercially licensed materials. The nature of handmade things means that sometimes things might have a blemish and/or not be perfect. This does not diminish the value of the object, nor does it mean we were careless or reckless while bringing your vision to life.
